The Sponsorship Activation Request Form is now the official process for Regional Leadership and authorized representatives to request activation of national corporate partners for regional conventions, district events, and chapter programs.

Please Note:

• All requests must be reviewed and approved by the Regional Vice President before national partner consideration.

• Requests must include detailed information about your event, activation plan, and the type of support needed (funding, in-kind, speakers, etc.).

• Incomplete or unapproved submissions will not be forwarded for national review.
