The Sponsorship Activation Closeout Report is required for all regional or chapter events that received support from a national corporate sponsor. This report ensures we maintain strong relationships with our partners and clearly demonstrate the impact of their investment.

Information Required:

• Attendance and participation numbers

• Photo and/or video documentation

• Budget reconciliation

• Testimonials or impact stories (optional but encouraged)

Important:

• All closeout reports must be submitted within 30 days of the event.

• A member of the Office of Development will follow up if additional details are needed.
