ALSAC’s Summer 2026 Internship Program provides NPHC members with immersive, hands-on nonprofit experience supporting St. Jude’s mission through fundraising, community engagement, and culturally relevant outreach to African American communities and organizations.
Interns will support ALSAC’s Community Impact team, with a specific focus on National Black Organizations, NPHC proprietary campaigns, and enterprise fundraising programs.
Program Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $14/hour
Location: Memphis, TN (Headquarters Office)

Final Selections: By April 1, 2026
Must be a current member of a Divine Nine/NPHC organization in good standing
Sophomore, junior, senior, graduate student, or recent graduate
Minimum age: 18
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Supporting NPHC and African American fundraising initiatives
Researching philanthropic trends and Black organizational engagement
Assisting with events, trainings, and national campaigns
Supporting culturally relevant communications and outreach
Collaborating on enterprise-wide fundraising strategies
Meaningful, mission-driven projects
Mentorship and collaboration across departments
Design-thinking intern project
Presentations to ALSAC Executive Leadership
Exposure to nonprofit leadership and strategy
