NMDP Regional Partnership Program – Sponsorship Activation Opportunity
The NMDP Partnership Program invites graduate and undergraduate chapters across all regions to activate targeted community engagement efforts designed to educate students and community members about NMDP, its mission, and the critical need to diversify the national marrow registry. This initiative specifically addresses the disparities affecting Black/African American patients searching for blood cancer and blood disease matches, including sickle cell.
Funding Available
Participating regions may receive $2,000–$4,000 in sponsorship support based on activation scope, regional request from sponsor, and alignment with program goals.
Program Requirements
Each participating region will be required to host a multi-day registration and awareness activation (Thursday–Sunday) during its regional convention. These events are intended to drive visibility, engagement, and new registry sign-ups. NMDP will provide support, resources, and collaboration throughout the activation.
